Wonder if a background would add anything to it... But yeah, it's great overall. You caught the savagery.

CobaltRogueX responds:

Thanks! I was mainly using the actual scene as reference and the only background was the sky itself, which wasn't much darker than the light blue I put behind him. I also wonder if it would benefit from aome creative liberties though.

That's quite a fast-draw technique...

I can't help but think that normally, she must be _very_ uncomfortable. Especially when she's sitting down.

snotrat responds:

good thing she floats!

After reading the caption, the dialogue is less surreal now.

Also, with a title like "the volleyball of power" you could make a great animated clip if you play it right...it would surely have to be A-rated, or at least M.

Maxwell-28 responds:

Nah, there's no need for such a high age range for a death that can easily be censored. For example, the ball could hit the boy while raising a large curtain of sand and, when it comes down, reveal that he has the halo (so he has been killed).

Two art styles indeed... It's mildly interesting. I like the crab in the bottom right corner.

"YES! It worked, it worked! The sacrifice WORKED! Now the thing has risen from THE INFINITE ABYSS to RAVAGE & SLAY across the world!!" *cue maniacal laughter*

A reminder of mortality, with some symbolism. Not sure what the eagle (vulture?) represents, but it's obviously there for a reason. The composition is somewhat centered but not too much...just off enough to be interesting. This piece is fantastic.

What program did you make this in?

You managed to make it look scary & tragic at the same time. Well done.

The way she looks, she can whack me anytime she _wants_.

Famous last words

The boy looks fierce enough that he doesn't need the tiger pelt.

If I were a toon, I would not meet with him unless I was suitably armed. He's cute but badassed.

Not bad...you arranged it right. The version with red lenses is the best one.

The leg muscles need a little work. The torso (particularly the pectoral muscles) turned out well. Also, he needs ankles. But overall it's pretty good. Terrific pose, & the gas mask suits him perfectly.

Artist in various media (mostly traditional), craftsman & general DIYer. I make no guarantee of regular posting--work will go up as circumstances permit.
