Where did you get that font, exactly?...
Where did you get that font, exactly?...
Thats our old alphabet
The background is a bit busy, & kinda takes away from the character. On the other hand, that's the biggest scythe I've seen so far.
Yeeaaaah, the scythe looks weird. I just wanted the persective to show the scythe being closer, but I'm also still trying to improve on that front.
Not bad but you should put a warning on stuff like this, maybe in the title. My retinas have flash burns right now.
sorry
You should send a link to this piece to every Feminist Studies dept in every American university...their reactions would be interesting.
My work often gets very divided responses from women. Some love it, some hate it. My books get even more divided reactions. At a writing group I had one lady make a show of walking out before the group could critique the excerpt from a horror novella I was writing at the time. She didn't like what she read and thus didn't want to hear any conversations about it. I'm used to it by now, lol. Most of my coworkers are female and they like my drawings, even the naked lady ones. Although I had one of them show disapproval (one of the older ladies) and say "I hope you don't draw ME!" LOL.
Umm...more RAM for her gaming computer?
haha yeah exactly. of course that is clearly what shes asking for.
One of your better efforts, I believe.
How long did that take you to do? It's intricate!
Thanks! Maybe four or five hours in total.
Finally, something that can catch the Road Runner.
Why is there an angry emoticon pasted on his frank n' beans?
He is more the type of guy who would hang with Road Runner rather than catching him XD
Because I love Angry Faic and whenever I have occasion to add it for silly or fun purposes I do it.
I take it you're a Looney Tunes/Warner Brothers fan...cool.
He may be a Husky, but his coloring is very Pepe Le Pew.
Yeah, more specifically, Bob Clampett's elastic art style. Not much of a fan of Chuck Jones tho, or the other directors at the animation dept. at the time. Early John K./Spumco's work is also an inspiration.
This guy's ripped. What kinda gear does he use?...I know there's a diarrhetic in there somewhere.
hes on jubajuice
Hmmm... The true rating here would be around 3.8 stars. It's good that you're getting some practice in.
However, may I suggest you do anatomy with traditional media? Because it's not as easy to erase/undo (in ink you can't undo it at all), it will train you to not make excess marks & to get it right the first time. Those habits will save you some time later on.
That is really good advice! I got some older traditional pencil works like that one but I didn't scan them ... its true - better to learn in right way than erase mistakes :)
P.S. - I bought wooden figure model last week - I think it may be useful :)
