You caught the body horror angle, all right...

Somehow, her pretty eyes make the whole thing unnerving.

CobaltRogueX responds:

Thanks!

You handled the pose rather well, in giving the pic some depth. Maya looks like she hasn't gotten enough sleep here...I can relate to that.

EmperorBismark responds:

I actually based this one off of a photograph of a Japanese model I found.

Curvy babes, a waterpipe & (presumably) some good herb in the bowl. Can't go wrong with that!

EmperorBismark responds:

Indeed.

One of the more unique pieces I've seen on NG...it's certainly more interesting than most pics on here involving unclothed women, but admittedly that isn't setting the bar too high.

This conveys the impression that Maya holds nothing back when writing in her diary. EVERY thought & feeling she has is written down in there.

Her arm could use a little improvement anatomy-wise but aside from that, the piece is quite good.

EmperorBismark responds:

I cannot take to much credit for this. I took the idea from a poster for a film from the 1920’s.

I'm going with megalodon, because he's cooler. Sharks always have a higher cool factor than whales.

charlesfrederic responds:

megalodon is bigger and stronger, good choise, but leviatán is smarter and peruvian

It's got 28 Days Later vibes...with a sprinkling of Crossed.

ZombieGhost responds:

Thanks!
The first movie was the definitive outbreak themed horror genre.
I always loved how the visual were so true and not perfectly filmed too.
The lack of high quality film really made the first one better than the
sequel. I dunno how the 3rd movie is going to be but still I really
appreciate your comment.

Very relatable, unfortunately

MrFlorida2050 responds:

Yeah, because in life, you’re always gonna be alone, even when you have friends or family but you just can’t do nothing about it except just to move forward and live your life when you still have it

It looks like Homer stopped drinking Duff & started pumping iron!

MrFlorida2050 responds:

Yep it really does

One of your better efforts...from my traditionalist viewpoint, that is.

CobaltRogueX responds:

Thanks, I appreciate that. c:

Waitaminnit, it's starting already?? Right now we're still in January!...

Edit: In that case I will fail this completely, for reasons you already know. 🤹🏼‍♂️

Zilu7 responds:

I'm experimenting with something called sexytember52, which is like inktober52 where you get one prompt per week of the year. its less pressure and more low-key.

Artist in various media (mostly traditional), craftsman & general DIYer. I make no guarantee of regular posting--work will go up as circumstances permit.
