Hey, waitaminnit. I'm a centrist!...um, sort of.
Politically speaking, these days I don't have a country to call home. I've been almost everywhere on the spectrum except for fascism, communism & true white supremacy. Fascist regimes are always short-lived, I dislike communism for a few reasons & as for the latter, all that marching & slogan-chanting in uniform is fucking ridiculous. Also if you care about appearances, forget those stupid white robes because they never drape correctly when you're walking or running...
But seriously, I just adopt whatever position makes the most sense to me.

Yeah, that's kind of what I was getting at. Whatever side your on someone will have a problem with you, especially centrists - because it's easy to assume they're fence sitters.
I suppose I'm somewhat of a centrist, but to tell the truth I don't really care enough for politics to properly decide.

Been prone this morning with back/side pain...not feeling cute. Might delete later, IDK
After-1600 Edit: Dragged myself out of the rental crackerbox & bought a couple necessary items. I'm typing this on my not-new-but-basically-good laptop. It might not be the hottest new model but it DOES have an i5 processor--& a touchscreen. Just discovered that. Neat!
Not the biggest screen. I wish the screen was 17'. The only one in the store with a 17" screen didn't have as good a processor, so it's probably slower. Even then, I go for screen size because I've been editing my own work for decades...but I probably won't do much of that for a good while once I'm on my land.
Speaking of that, the other thing I got is a circular saw. If you're not a power tool person, just Websearch it. Wikipedia probably has a page on circular saws. Mine is cordless, has a 4-amp battery & is of the same brand as my other power tools at home. It also has a brushless motor, which is excellent. It was the newest saw out of all the circular saws the store had which, for me, is the cherry on top of the sundae.
Have pity for my neighbors, folks. I'm gonna make a lot of noise over the next few weeks.
