Also - miss me with the "unprovoked attack" nonsense. Anyone with an IQ above room temperature knows that Iran's government (not the people) is & has been the root cause of MENA regional instability for many years now. It generously funds Hamas & Hezbollah; it also helped the Houthis take over most of Yemen & encouraged them to provoke Saudi Arabia into a regional war. Khamenei & co. have been pulling that 💩 all over the Near East & have sworn to wipe Israel off the map. Repeatedly.
Did the mullahs really believe there wouldn't be consequences? Did they really think they could do it indefinitely?
